What are your terms and conditions?
An introduction to the project is required so that details about the commissioned work is clear. I require a 50% down payment agreed upon price upfront. Rights that define who owns the work after it is finished, as well as an agreement about reproduction rights. Lastly there will be a termination agreement that lays out how things can end between the artist and commissioner.
